If an ebook is not what you expected, you have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund.

How to ask

Write to us from the store's contact page with the purchase email and, briefly, what you did not like or what we can improve. That feedback helps us improve the books.

What happens next

We review your request and refund the amount to the same payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or Payhip.

Exceptions

We do not refund purchases made more than 14 days ago or cases of abuse (for example, downloading and sharing the file and then asking for a refund).
